  • Think objectively about what specific skills or competencies you are seeking to for your organisation and self.
  • Perhaps get some feedback from relevant stakeholders (including executives, managers, and colleagues) to gain diverse perspectives and input.
  • Accept this as an invitation to reflect on your strengths and on areas where you could improve.
