- Think objectively about what specific skills or competencies you are seeking to for your organisation and self.
- Perhaps get some feedback from relevant stakeholders (including executives, managers, and colleagues) to gain diverse perspectives and input.
- Accept this as an invitation to reflect on your strengths and on areas where you could improve.
- Select one, two or multiple categories that you would like to explore to see what training needs you may have.
